Welcome to See Trips! By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before making any bookings. By booking or participating in a tour and any related products or services with See Trips, the traveler (“you”) agrees to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”).

1. Booking and Payment Information

  • Booking process 
  • To book a tour directly on our website, simply click the “Book Now” button at the top-right corner of the page. Fill in your personal details, complete the payment process, and you’re all set!
  • All bookings are subject to availability. Confirmation will be provided via email once the payment and required information are received. For group tours, minimum participant numbers may apply. If these are not met, the tour may be rescheduled or canceled (refer to section on cancellations).
  • Payment policy
  • You are required to pay a deposit of 20% of the total amount of the multi-day tours in order for your booking to be confirmed. Full payment must be made by 10 days before departure date.
  • For our day-tours, we provide a convenient “Book Now, Pay Later” option. You can reserve any day tour directly on our website and confirm your booking by making the payment up to 24 hours before the departure date.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods. Any transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Late Payments

Failure to pay the balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of your booking, and the deposit will not be refunded.

2. Cancellation and refund policy

Customer cancellation multi-day tours

  • If you choose to cancel your booking, the following refund terms apply:
    • Cancellation 30 before departure: 100 % of the total paid amount is refunded, deducting the transaction fees.
    • Cancellation 29–11 days before departure, See Trips will offer you the option to reschedule your tour dates without forfeiting the deposit. If an agreement is not reached, 50% of the deposit is refunded.
    • Cancellation less than 10 days before departure, you will forfeit the deposit.
  • Customer cancellation daily tours
  • Cancellation more than 24 hours before departure, 100% of the total paid amount is refunded, deducting the transaction fees.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure, no refund is provided.

Travel Agency Cancellations

In the rare event that See Trips must cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

3. Changes to itinerary

Customer-Initiated Changes

  • By making your payment, you are agreeing to the most recent itinerary and price quote. 
  • Any changes to the itinerary made by you after services have been confirmed will require a revised quote and may be subject to an additional charge. 

Travel Agency-Initiated Changes

  • We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or operational issues.
  • In case of significant changes, customers will be notified promptly and offered alternative arrangements.

4. Responsibilities and Liability

See Trips acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (e.g hotels, restaurants, transport companies). While we carefully select our partners, we cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays, accidents, losses, or damages caused by third parties.
  • Unexpected events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of personal and travel information provided during booking.
  • Valid passports, visas, and any necessary vaccinations must be arranged by the traveler.

5. Health and Safety

  • Travelers are responsible for assessing their physical fitness for the chosen tour. Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements at the time of booking.
  • We prioritize safety but advise customers to adhere to local laws, customs, and safety guidelines during their travels.

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is a vital part of your arrangements. We strongly recommend that all passengers are adequately insured before travelling abroad, for the whole duration of your journey. In any event, we strongly advise that you take out a policy of insurance in order to cover you and your party against the cost of cancellation by you; the cost of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness; loss of baggage and money; and other expenses.

7. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for tour arrangements. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to fulfill your booking.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Albania.
  • Any disputes arising under these terms will first be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached, disputes may be submitted to arbitration or a competent court.
