Terms & Conditions

By booking or participating in a tour and any related products or services with SEE Trips, the traveler (“you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”).

Before you book a tour with SEE Trips, please take the time to read and understand what terms and conditions apply to your booking.

  • Deposit requirement

You are required to pay a deposit of 20% of the total amount of the Multi-day tour by bank in order for your booking to be confirmed.

You are required to pay a deposit of 100% of the total amount of the Daily tours by bank in order for your booking to be confirmed.

  • Acceptance of booking

The booking will be confirmed by the SEE Trips team within 24 hours and you will receive an email with your reservation details. Please check your email, spam/junk folder. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please call us/What’s App at +355 682616164.

SEE Trips will refund the total amount of money in case we don’t confirm your tour. Payment of the due balance can be made in cash on the first day of the tour.

By making your payment, you are agreeing to the most recent itinerary and price quote. All revisions will be subject to requote and additional approval. Any changes to the itinerary made by you after services have been confirmed will require a revised quote and may be subject to an additional charge.

The price of your tour does not include:

  1. Tips and gratuity
  2. Transaction fees
  • Cancellations by you

Multi-day tours

If you can cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to departure, SEE Trips will refund the deposit, deducting the transaction fees.

If you cancel your booking from 29 days – 10 days prior to departure during the high season (March – October), SEE Trips will offer you the option to re-schedule your tour on other dates, without forfeiting the deposit.

If you cancel your booking less than 7 days prior to departure, you will forfeit the prepaid deposit.

Daily tours

If you cancel your booking more than 7 days prior to departure, SEE Trips will refund the deposit, deducting the transaction fees.

If you cancel your booking less than 7 days prior to departure, you will forfeit the prepaid deposit.

You will not be entitled to make a claim for damages/refunds in case of any car accident, limit to visa, travel insurance excess, flight cancellation, changes of the itinerary due to weather forecast.

If a tour is canceled due to a Force Majeure Event, we can offer you a choice of: 

  1. Adjustable itinerary or re-schedule your tour in other dates
  2. A refund minus transaction fees
