Day 1. Tirana city tour
Day 2. Escape to Nature: Hike to Tujani peak
Meet your guide at the hotel and transfer to the cable car station for a scenic 20-minute ride, offering breathtaking views of Tirana. Leave the city behind as you venture into the lush greenery of Dajti National Park. Laced up and ready, you’ll hike through serene pine and beech forests toward Tujani Peak, standing tall at 1,524 meters. The summit rewards you with panoramic views—Bovilla Lake to the north, the sprawling national park to the east, and the glistening Adriatic Sea to the west. After soaking in the views and snapping some photos, we descend the same picturesque trail back to the city.

Day 3. Hike to Pellumbas cave and Petrele Castle
Start your day with a scenic drive to the charming village of Pellumbas, where your hiking adventure begins. From the village, we’ll embark on a one-hour trek along the picturesque Erzeni River, with its crystal-clear waters and dramatic canyons, leading to the mysterious Black Cave. This 360-meter-long cave, with its impressive stalactites and stalagmites, holds the secrets of ancient human history dating back to the Paleolithic age.
After exploring the cave’s wonders, we’ll retrace our steps back to the village. Next, we drive to the historic Petrela Castle, perched atop a stone hill with panoramic views of the Erzen Valley, rolling hills, and olive groves. Wrap up your adventure by soaking in the castle’s history and stunning landscapes before returning to your hotel.

Day 4. Bovilla Lake
Today’s adventure takes you to one of Tirana’s most breathtaking natural spots—Bovilla Lake. After meeting your guide, enjoy a one-hour drive to this serene reservoir nestled between towering cliffs. Once there, we’ll park at the dam and set off on a gentle hike along a well-maintained trail. As you ascend, you’ll climb a series of metal stairs leading to an awe-inspiring viewpoint, where the lake’s sparkling waters and surrounding mountains create the perfect backdrop for photos and a relaxing picnic. After, we’ll head back to Tirana, where your afternoon is free for more city exploration or leisure.

Solo travelers are welcomed to join this tour. Solo travelers will be paired with a fellow guest of the same gender for accommodations, or they can opt to book a private room for added comfort and privacy.
- Should I book pre/post tour accommodation?
Pre tour accommodation is not included in the price. You will need to book by yourself or arrange it with us. Last night accommodation in Tirana is included.
- Is the tour departure guaranteed?
Our multi-day tours are guaranteed to depart with a minimum of two participants. A tour can be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not reached up to 20 days before the start of the tour. We will contact you with alternative travel suggestions.
